Privacy & photo handling

The uploaded photo
A photo is used only to create your child's illustrated character. It is sent to our image provider to generate that artwork and is not saved to our permanent storage. If you choose to keep the photo on your own device for convenience, it stays in that browser and you can clear it at any time.
The child profile
We store the first name, age and gender you enter so stories can be written for your child and reopened later without re-entering the details. This is linked to your parent account.
The generated artwork
Finished character sheets and story illustrations are saved in private storage tied to your account, so you can reopen a story without paying to create it again. They are not public and are not listed anywhere.
Who can access it
Access is restricted to your signed-in parent account by database and storage rules. Our team can access data only where necessary to operate or support the service.
Service providers
We rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, storage and image generation. Data is shared with those providers only to deliver the service.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account, your child's profile and all generated artwork, and we will remove it from our storage.
